  • What is Fair Wear?
    Fair Wear Foundation is a non-profit organisation for a better way to make clothes. Their mission is to see a world where the garment industry supports workers in realising their rights to safe, dignified, properly paid employment. Read more about the organisation here.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently only ship in the Netherlands.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping costs are €4 Free shipping from €75
  • Can I pick up my order?
    You may pick up your order on request. Please send a message to 06-21 90 90 94.
  • What is the delivery time for my order?
    Under
 normal circumstances you should receive your order in 1-3
 working days. (Please note that 
during holidays it may take longer for your order to arrive).
  • How do I return my order?
    You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. Orders must be returned unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached. We will offer a full refund on non-sale items within 14 days of receipt. 1. Fill in your returns slip and put it in your parcel. We’ll need to know the item you’re returning and the reason you’re returning it to us. If you no longer have your returns slip, you can send an e-mail to hello@skebenga.com 2. Take it to your local Post Office or selected drop off point. Keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to see it at a later date. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided that the product has been received in good order. Unfortunately, we can not refund any shipping fees for returns.   • When can I expect my refund?
    We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. All payments will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working for your refund to be available on your account after processing your return.
  • Can I exchange my item?
    No, unfortunately not. If you wish to change your item to another size or product you can follow our regular return process and order a new item.
  • My purchase is damaged, what should I do?
    We are very sorry the item you bought is damaged. You can contact us by mail, hello@skebenga.com, and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. If you see an imprint on your shirt, it is not damaged. During screen printing, a squeegee is used to push the paint through the screen. Sometimes you can still see an imprint of the squeegee, because all fibers are pushed in one direction. By washing your shirt this will disappear.
  • Do you restock all items?
    We are sorry that the item that you are interested in is out of stock. You can send an email to hello@skebenga.com to ask if the item will be restocked.
  • What is the imprint on my shirt?
    During screen printing, a squeegee is used to push the paint through the screen. Sometimes you can still see an imprint of the squeegee. By washing your shirt this will disappear. Bij het zeefdrukken wordt een rakel gebruikt om de verf door de zeef te drukken. Soms zie je nog een afdruk van de rakel. Door je shirt te wassen, verdwijnt dit vanzelf.
