shipping & returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of when the order was shipped. We will provide a full refund, excl. postage. To ensure a successful return, please make sure the item is unwashed, unused, in as-new condition, in the original packaging and with labels attached.

 

In order to process your return, please fill in the returns slip and include in your return.

1. Fill in your returns slip and put it in your parcel. We'll need to know the item you're returning and the reason you'r returning it to us. Of you no longer have your returns slip, please send an e-mail to helo@skebenga.com

2. Take it to your local post office. Keep hold of proof of postage in case we need to see it at a later date. 

 

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving your return, provided we receive it in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping fees for returns.
